Regular Mail turn around is usually on average 6-11 business days. (This is the amount of time both ways starting from the time you mail in your order form by the time you get your order delivered to your home.

Every ID order is discretely shipped either for free via regular mail, or you have the option to pay a little extra for Express Shipping with a tracking number. The express option is not neccesary as the postal companies delivery times in North America are very fast and reliable. But if you're in a hurry to get your new ID, then you may chose express shipping.
